1. Information we collect
- Account and profile information, including email address, age confirmation, display name, profile photo, biography, and interests.
- Content and activity information, including short videos, photos, captions, comments, likes, follows, searches, viewing history, and voice-room participation.
- Social and communication data, including messages, calls, voice-room interactions, virtual gifts, blocks, and reports.
- Purchase records supplied by the app store, including transaction identifiers and Coin history. Mezzy does not receive your full payment-card details.
- Device, log, language, IP address, app version, crash, and usage information needed to operate and secure the Service.
- Information included in support requests and feedback.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and manage accounts; provide discovery, recommendations, short-video features, mutual-follow communication, voice rooms, Coins, and gifts; process support requests; prevent abuse and fraud; investigate reports; maintain and improve the Service; send important notices; and comply with law.
3. Information visible to others
Your profile and the content you publish may be visible to other users. Messages, calls, voice, and gifts are delivered to the people or rooms you choose. Review content before sharing it and avoid posting information you do not want others to receive.
5. Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate safety, fraud-prevention, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes. After account deletion, information is deleted or anonymized unless retention is legally required. Backup copies are removed through the normal backup cycle. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, although no online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and account deletion
You may edit profile information, manage follows and blocks, or withdraw optional device permissions in your device settings. You may permanently delete your account and associated data through the account settings in the app. You may also request access, correction, suspension of use, or deletion by using our Contact page or emailing mezzy@gmail.com. We may verify your identity before completing a request.
7. International processing
If a service provider processes information outside your country, we use appropriate contractual and security measures and provide information required by applicable law.
8. Age requirement
Mezzy is for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that such information has been provided, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
9. Updates and contact
